2. Hours of Operation

  • Days Open

  • Proof of address (parent/guardian)

  • Custody documents (if applicable)


3. Medical & Health Requirements

  • Up-to-date immunization record

  • Health card number

  • Allergy/medical condition details

  • Medication forms (if your child needs medication at daycare)

  • Anaphylaxis plan (if applicable)


4. Items to Bring on the First Day

  • Indoor shoes

  • Extra clothes (labeled)

  • Diapers & wipes (if needed)

  • Blanket for nap time

  • Water bottle

  • Lunch & snacks (if not provided by RKDC)

  • Outdoor clothing appropriate for the season


5. Optional but Helpful

  • Family photo for cubby

  • Comfort item (stuffed toy, blanket)

  • Sunscreen (labeled)

  • Any special instructions for routines
